• Schedule data — class names, durations, room assignments, instructor names, and other scheduling content you enter or import.
• Usage data — basic event logs (logins, solves, schedule creation) used for service administration and abuse prevention.
• Technical data — IP address and browser information collected automatically by our web server for security purposes.

We do not collect payment card details, sell your data to third parties, or use your schedule content for advertising.

• To provide and operate the scheduling service.

Schedule data is associated with your account and is accessible only to you and administrators of the Service.

We retain your account and schedule data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data and schedule content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics pixels. No data is shared with advertising networks.

The Service loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Your browser may send your IP address to Google when loading these assets. Please review Google’s Privacy Policy for details. No other third-party services receive your personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your schedule data at any time using the Export CSV feature within the application.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
